1. Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
2. Prepare and maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, promotions etc.
3. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations
4. Maintains budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll and different allowances5. Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely manner
6. Assists in hiring process by coordinating with HR management
7. Escalate work complaints and employee concerns to the management
8. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
9. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.
10. Evaluate personnel practices to ensure adherence to regulations
المهارات
Skills
Entry Level in Human Resorces or at least 2 years of experiences in HR and administrative functions, preferably in the telecom/construction services industry or equivalent/similar field.
1. Excellent oral and written skills in English; Arabic, a plus.
2. Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
3. Excellent leadership and inter- communications/peoples skills.
4. Capable of making independent decisions and recommendations to the Management with regards to HR issues.
