Investment Adviser from Big 4 or Strategy/Consultant companies for Riyadh.

الوصف الوظيفي
1.  Monitor investments by using ERP and project management tools like PMP or Prinice2.

2.  Advise management on strategy and over all direction of investments

3.  Due diligence of various projects in real estate and other asset classes

4.  Investment research, company and industry research and sectoral research on target industries

5.  Use various methods like cash flow, ratio analysis, etc. to determine health of companies and advise management.

6.  Maintain and monitor MIS reports of portfolio of the Company.

7. Get in touch with Fund Managers or Fund of Fund managers on specific queries and general health of portfolio companies.

8. Evaluate IPO on various financial para meters.

9.  Liaise with corporate lawyers, advisors, etc. about real estate properties and their ownership and other litigations.

المهارات
1.  Statutory audit, internal audit and forensic audit exposure from Big 4 audit companies.

2.  Due diligence skills

3.  Excellent command over English and above average presentation skills

4.  Client facing exposure in Investment advisory or Strategy consultancy, etc.

5.  Strong in numbers and use of ERPs.  MS office excellence is mandatory.
