Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures.
Conduct maintenance of electrical systems.
Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.
Support the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
Diagnose problems and perform corrective maintenance.
Provide organized and concise progress notes and report to Surveillance Director.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and equipment purchases.

Maintenance Technician should have a Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems, detail oriented with strong manual dexterity and problem-solving skills, Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices and Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods,
