As a Customer Service Representative you will be the face and voice of the business providing excellent customer experiences each and every day. It’s not all about parcels; it’s about fun, passion and wanting to take your career to new heights!

The Role:
• Delivering a service that customers love – building long-lasting relationships with key customers, solving their complex problems & queries.
• Managing the end-to-end customer operations
• Interacting with other teams internally to support the improvement and development of processes, services and technology.

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service / call center is a plus but is not mandatory, freshers may apply!
• Successful candidates will be bubbly, outgoing and have a passion for building strong relationships with customers.
• You’ll be highly driven by self-development and the idea of working in a start-up and constantly evolving environment excites you.

You will be confident and have a friendly telephone style, spending a lot of time on the phone in daily contact with our customers, providing them with information about our products and services, building relationships and taking ownership for answering questions and resolving problems.

Working Hours are 40 hours per week (mixed shifts between 7am and 7pm)

Not everything always goes to plan though, you need to be a quick thinker and demonstrate empathy and attentiveness leaving our customers confident that they are in good hands.

We are looking for Saudi’s who are comfortable in English and Arabic
