Our managed cloud kitchen network enables food brands to expand their delivery reach without needing to expand their kitchens – Kitopi provides necessary infrastructure and software with minimal capital and time expenditure to our clients.
Kitopi currently runs kitchen networks in London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, NY and Saudi Arabia with more than 1000 members of staff. On a mission to continue disrupting, we are in immediate demand for an entrepreneurial focused, dynamic and energetic Facility Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
What You’ll Do
As the Kitopi Facility Manager you are responsible to maintain good working condition all mechanical and electrical equipment as well as the emergency services of all our facilities.
Ensure mechanical maintenance of Air conditioning, AHU’s, electrical boilers, FCU To maintain all lighting and in-house power installation appliances
Ensure emergency services are fully maintained such as fire alarms, lighting, UPS batteries and generators.
Ensure through continuously physically checking all areas within the Kitchens and other facilities we have at Kitopi and all aspects of the Engineering services.
Implement standard procedures the highest standard of maintenance is to be achieved. To participate in new equipment installation projects.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as required and ability to manage a team of technicians.
Carry out any reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Conduct visits to under-construction sites, meet with contractors, fill and submit field visit report
Conduct site handover to 3rd party maintenance contractors
Assist launch operations on a technical level

What Are We Looking For?
With 5+ years of experience, our ideal Facility Team Leader will have a former engineering background within operations or a proven track record with a food distribution firm, international food supplier, hotels or a food production facility.
*Candidates must have a local driving license and must have his/her own car.
