- Manages and implements the quality management and quality improvement programs for a healthcare facility.
- Oversees quality assurance and compliance functions.
- Responsible for ensuring service meets the established standards of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market.
- Responsible for the implementation of DHL Supply Chain Internal Framework standards of Quality, Environment and Business Continuity Management systems at Healthcare sites across KSA.
