Ops Excellence Director

الوصف الوظيفي
Lead, coordinate and develop all Operations Excellence (OE) aspects on a regional level to ensure efficiency and performance in accordance with the Operations Excellence agenda. Contribute to the development of the business in compliance with overall corporate/divisional objectives, strategies and plans.

Accountabilities for example not limited to:

- Lead, monitor and evaluate OE function within a divisional region.

- Is responsible and accountable for the regional implementation of the agreed global agenda and value of OE initiatives as set within the corporate/divisional guidelines.

- Provides (indirect) input to the OE agenda to ensure it is aligned with the regional business needs.

- Ensures OE input to new business tenders and proposals.

- Fosters a continuous improvement culture and relentlessly seeks opportunities for improvements on all organizational levels within the region.

Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence, Manufacturing leadership experience.
