The role holder will manage and deliver programmes (and projects) to drive efficiency and standartization across DSC KSA transport activities.
Delivering change through a matrix structure. Working across KSA and collaborating with other functions. Identifying, codifying & disseminating best practice. Dealing with cultural differences and identifying the ‘must haves’from the ‘nice to have’in a time and resource constrained environment. Creating and maintaining momentum whilst dealing with widely differing transport maturity levels and country. Maintaining project accountability at a country level. Linking between global and sub-regional/country teams/ functions to ensure the right balance of expectation and prioritization. Harmonization the business development and business improvement priorities in the region.
