Design zero brief form to maintain all client requirements and review it frequently then modify it when needed
Attend account manager meeting to understand their requirements accurately and the deadlines
Meet the team members by order to inform them the expected requirements
Responsible of work quality of team members by supervising them regularly
Direct account manager to deliver the work to client for reviewing
Direct the team of client’s notes to establish needed modifications
Manage and follow up with freelancers when needed and negotiate the freelancers’ quotation with finance department
Keep up with latest trends in design, advertising and marketing
Ensuring work is meeting brand standards
Lead, direct and motivate creative team to use their talents effectively
Support in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas
Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
Come up with the best solution for addressed challenges
المهارات
Qualifications and Skills:
BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
6+ years of experience
Effective written and verbal communication
Fluent in English
Decisions-making skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Solid experience in conceptualization
Strong Knowledge of company’s production process
