PURPOSE:
Drive and manage platform that impact brand and product awareness, the ability to multi-task, plan organize, and effectively communicate with both our customers and internal departments will be crucial to success. He/ She work to spread our name.
KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITES:
•Create a strong online presence for our company through social media websites, forums and other channels.
•Interface with AD partners to drive high-profile media attention.
•Manage and develop content to release it through our platform.
•Maintain schedules of periodic review and content submission for website sections.
•Check branch location map dimension using (google map, 4 Square)
•Stay tuned of current online communications and social media trends and develop strategies to expand online presence.
•Manages day-to- day operational aspects and reviews to achieve customer engagement.
•Follow-up on online orders.
•Coordination between suppliers and sales to deliver orders.
•Follow-up on the responses and complaints of online sales.
•Online user experience analysis and improvement.
•Identify online Customer Needs.
•Perform any other job-related activities as assigned by the line manager.
المهارات
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Marketing.
Experience
•2- 3 years relevant work experience
Technical Skills
•In tune with social and tech media, preferably with established contacts.
•Outstanding communicator and team player.
