Job Description
• Candidate would be part of Application Support team providing Dotnet Application support and managing IIS middleware platform that provide services to meet the needs of client.
• Would be required to troubleshoot any IIS Application related problems within agreed timelines.
• Hands on experience in troubleshooting of IIS, ASP.Net.
• Configurations and Deployments as per the client’s requirement.
• Interface with client Stakeholders
• Manage agreed SLA’s / OLA’s with internal and external stakeholders
• Develops, maintains and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation
Required Skills –
• Troubleshoot and support DotNet Applications.
• Install IIS and configure settings
• Configuring the Default Website, SSL, web farms, proxy servers, port forwarding,Creating Folders, Virtual Directories, and Applications
• Configuring and Managing Application Pools
• Configuring Website and Web Application Support
• Configuring Support for Web Applications
• Configuring ASP.NET settings
• Setting the MIME Type, ASAPI.
• Experience in Application performance and Tuning.
• Experience working with configuration management tools like TFS and JIRA
Basic Skills: -
• Candidate Must be familiar with ITIL framework and processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of the Software development lifecycle
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
• Ability to manage the bridge calls with customers on technical issues/pages
• Good knowledge of dotnet framework
well versed with ITIL
