Basic Function:
Manages the overall Financial functions of the Project that include the different key areas of relevant Project including Financial Accounting, Costing, Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Performance Measurement.
Ppincipal Duties And Resposibilties:
Overall responsibility for day to day accounting including data entry.
Review and authorize supplier invoices related to project.
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.
Audits contracts, orders, vouchers and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
Providing Assistance to Both Accountant & Manager for Project Profitability Reporting.
Budget vs Variance Analysis Reporting based on Performa being provided by Al-Gihaz.
Providing Active help to Accountant/Manager during Annual Budget by providing Analysis.
Ensuring correctness of Accounts to help in Project Reporting.
Presenting to Accountant, all reporting related to Accounts payable aging and advising on payments, preparation of Project Budgets, monthly reporting.
Identify and ensure booking of all project related expenditure in the project accounts in liaison with the accounting staff.
Ensure & coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
To apply generally accepted accounting principles in preparing and analyzing financial information and in the preparation financial reports.
Bank Reconciliation.
Assistance to Accountant and active participation in Final Accounts and Audit.
Responsible for Weekly Management Reporting.
Overtime Checking and verification before being approved.
Payroll Processing on monthly basis.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Deputy General Manager/General Manager.
المهارات
Education:
Preferred Part Qualified Accountant (CMA, CA, CPA)/Masters.
Bachelor Degree Holder in Accounting.
Experience:
Atleast 3 years’ experience in the related field.
Understanding of Project Accounting/EVM.
