Responsibilities
Preparation of standard studies and feasibility studies for projects and methods of implementation according to best practices.
Preparing analytical and statistical reports for projects that serve decision makers.
Risk management and analysis of projects and development of contingency plans.
Planning and follow-up of implementation rates and completion of work and technical specifications.
Achieving the company’s objectives in accomplishing the projects in line with strategic plans.
Manage and evaluate all physical, human and technical resources for engineering management effectively.
Application of approved quality principles and standards.
Making decisions that fit action strategies based on facts.
Preparation of the estimated budgets and operational needs of major projects above 500 million riyals.
Evaluate, select and contract with the best contractors, consultants and suppliers according to their predecessors.
Key Skills
Excellent English proficiency
Training courses in management (communication skills, time management, problem solving)
Demonstrate the use of computers and their applications in the field of technical and engineering affairs
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, PMP certification preferred
Minimum 10 years experience in engineering and handling development projects
At least 3 years experience in Senior or Director level position handling similar Hospitality/ F&B;/ retail projects
Able to handle multiple store openings/ maintenance at once including new openings and upgrades/ refurbs
Open to Egyptian, Palestinian, Syrian and Jordanian nationals in Riyadh now
Salary/Compensation
Salary to be used as a guide only and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
Salary is up to 30k SAR per month total package
