Job Overview
Organize work and daily operations to fulfil the needed requirements.
Set daily and weekly staffing plans, working hours, vacations and days off.
Write reports on store performance, team members, problems and suggestions.
Ensure the cleanness, neatness and the entire appearance of the store.
Lead the development of team members and training activities inside the store.
Reporting to: Multi Unit Manager
Responsibilities
Work towards achieving sales targets and increasing the profitability.
Issue regular financial reports.
Manage materials supply and stock inventory.
Conduct initial job interview for applicants for store level jobs.
Report on team members’ performance suggesting promotion or termination.
Make the Company Business Models the base for daily operations and manners in the store.
Ensure the implementing self-hygiene, cleanness and neatness standards.
Assign targets and plans for increasing sales.
Ensure the functionality of all machines, equipments and tools. Prepare contingency plans.
Train and coach team members about new products, new procedures and techniques.
Make the possibility to share the coffee culture among team members and guests.
Put strategies for cost cutting and expenses saving.
Ensure that cash handling is followed correctly.
Responsible to maintain the store to standards as required by your responsibility, for smoother workflow in daily operations.
Monitor customers’ actions, demands, gestures and how we should react properly to the situation.
Extremely confident to professionally approach and communicate with guests to meet their needs.
Resolves conflicts arising with other team members.
Maintain consistent professional communications with other store, operations, finance, services and maintenance team members.
Answering & teaching team members how to receive telephone calls as per the Company’s standards.
Communicate with the primary management to help solve the store issues and responsibilities that you doubt can affect operations before taking any action for these issues and tasks.
To create professional relationships with all team members while communicating the must for mutual respect to the hierarchal structure in the store.
Practice the professional way of communicating with team members and guests.
Monitors and ensures primary management coaches team members professionally to communicate and deliver quality service towards guest’s satisfaction, from the start to another beginning.
Encourage team members to take the necessary steps to become a part of the management team by actively learning and executing tasks in a fast way.
Maintain giving positive feedback to team members doing a good job and corrective action to wrong practices
To make sure the situation of maintaining cleanliness are executed on a weekly basis through general cleaning schedules that are implemented.
Come up with programs for higher sales. Monitor, contribute and coach other team members to increase sales by practicing expertise on up selling and link selling with guests and increase profitability.
Does initial interview to the most qualified applicants to meet company requirements and needs.
Conduct orientation, training, coaching, and managing Primary Store Management and all team members in execution of daily tasks.
Takes responsibility in staffing and scheduling of the store workforce with particular emphasis with payroll budgets without compromising the store needs.
Review operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures.
Review and Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, returns, and charge-backs to headquarters to maintain the accuracy of the inventory and PNL.
Coordinate communication between other stores within the area for any assistance or requests upon demands.
Oversee compliance of Primary Store Management and all team members with established Company policies and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, sales and record-keeping policies and procedures.
Help solve problems that affect the store’s service, efficiency, and productivity.
Ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and standards.
Makes sure the store is always secure upon opening and closing.
Exercise judgment and discretion alone, and in conjunction with, the Store Manager, Primary Store
Management, and any other Assistant Store Manager, in the day-to-day operations of the store.
Accept other tasks as assigned from time to time by higher management.
Perform BOTG-1 courses required by the training department.
Make sure the store and team members get all the sales incentives by working towards aggressively planning and giving tips on how to aggressively sell all products in the store.
Encourage and recommend at least one friend that fits the qualification based on ideal requirements to join our team.
To effectively plan for ways on accomplishing store target sales and all team member incentives to standards.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality operations
Minimum 5 years experience in a Store Manager position within a retail business or fast food chains/ coffee shops
Can work under pressure and acts on any given challenges
Good knowledge of computer or computerized machines
Has the ability to multi-task as a team player
Strong planning, administrative, organizational skills
Fluent in both oral and written English
Open to male Arab & Western nationals in KSA now
Salary/Compensation
Salary is open and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
