End procedures for all vacations and settle them of all kinds with related parties such as “Finance for exchange - Reservations for tickets and reservations - Government relations for exit and return - Administrative affairs for transportation - Payroll and advances department to stop salary - For the archive to prepare the passport and archive the leave.
complete all procedures and settle all dues through the department and other related departments.
Prepare forms for administrative affairs and human resources as needed, fill them out, work on them, attach them to their own transactions, follow up their quality and suitability to work needs, follow them, and amend them as needed.
Preparing, printing and drafting warnings.
Entering data and updating on the applicable system.
Return the weekly and monthly reports and what is requested as needed regarding the progress of work in the Personnel Department.
المهارات
Diploma from the Institute of Management or Bachelor in the same field.
Work experiences in construction companies.
Work experience in personnel affairs in contracting companies for more than two years.
Good level of English.
Salary and benefits 4200-5500 SAR, after successful completion of the interview.
30 days annual leave.
