This position responsible of ensuring that the Banquet unit is managed as a successful independent profit centre, ensuring maximum client satisfaction in consistent with Nayyara standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Banquet Operations and coordination with Kitchen and other business units in the company.
