POSITION: Head Barista
SALARY: 2,800 SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus 300 SAR, accommodation and transportation
HIRING COMPANY: Casual Dining Restaurant in KSA
LOCATION: Riyadh, KSA
AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritized
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to any nationality
Male, 30 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
At least high school graduate
3-5 years of experience in the same field,
Good knowledge in verbal and written English
Excellent communication and teaching skills Infectious love of coffee
Ability to keep a calm, mature, professional demeanor when at all times
A high degree of ethics and obsession with customer service
Excellent time management skills and ability to self-direct when necessary
High level of organization, adaptability and the ability to creatively troubleshoot difficult, and superior leadership capabilities; ability to work well within groups
Focused perspective on what a high-functioning coffee bar looks like and how to execute that perspective
