الوصف الوظيفي
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1- Plan and organize the daily production activities to meet production targets / delivery schedules and allotment of work
2- Work closely with departments for process improvement & product quality assurance
3- Monitoring the productivity of shop floor resources
4- Ensuring the necessary, materials in shop floor for the smooth workflow
5- Ability to manage teams and lead several projects at the same time, and to handle pressure and tight deadlines
6- Communicate with Technical Dept. for the design / product clarifications to improve the effectiveness of the production as on when applicable
7- Apply all Safety procedures
8- Achieve the production target as planned
Activities In details:
1- Preparing the Production schedule based on the master planning file
2- Ensuring the customer commitment as per the schedule and as well as periodical info obtained
3- Ensuring the necessary raw materials, accessories components & consumables in time to execute the orders.
4- Ensuring the machines are loaded without any idleness & they are utilized effectively
5- For the expected idleness precautionary measures, co-ordination to be taken with management.
6- Co-ordinating QC/ technical dept. to clear of all the issues arise in production periodically in quick manner.
7- For all incoming rework / rejections, providing immediate corrective action / record / identify the preventive action
8- Monitoring the machine breakdown & Updating of breakdown info in live status
9- Daily production report to be reviewed.
10- Review of employee job cards.
11- Maintaining the shop floor tidy always
12- Updating of all production records on daily basis
13- Studying the existing procedures and updating for productivity improvement on production related activities.
14- Maintaining the smooth environment for the workflow and focus in improving the positive working environment
15- Ensuring the safety / training of all employees
16- Reviewing the load to arrange Over Time before 2hrs of the closing of the shift.
17- Updating of preventive maintenance info thro Production report.
18- Reviewing the attendance of production employees.
19- Any machine in maintenance should have sign board indicating the status.
20- Monitoring the measuring instruments for its status and necessary updating for calibration periodically to be done.
21- Maintaining the gang ways and free.
22- Ensure the operator job cards are fully accountable.
23- Ensuring the daily maintenance were done in practical and updated for documents.
24- Training of employees to give more awareness on their specific needs.
25- Operator qualifications to be done for all operators (Authorized from manufacturer)
26- Develop additional labors to be trained on the machines and get ready to be as operator.
27- Arranging / updating the employees vacation plan in a professional manner and ensuring that their vacations are not over lapped and affected in production.
28- Tools maintenance and updating the requirements for CNC / Conventional machines.

• Excellent Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power-Point).
