Commis Chef x 30 Required. Our clients Restaurants and Bars in New York, LA and London are legendary, they are now opening a chain of kitchens across Riyadh and as such are looking for Commis Chefs, as a Commis Chef you will become part of an exceptional culinary and kitchen team that will provide an extensive food service across several bars, restaurants and roof terraces that will be located in the hotel. They never do things by half at and have appointed three acclaimed Executive Chefs that will oversee the restaurants who with your help will create an environment which will not only delight our guests, but also excite and surprise them to create the ultimate culinary experience in Riyadh.
They also have a full team of Head Chef’s and Sous Chef’s. You wil be given the chance to rise through the ranks quickly at this world renowned/ expanding concept.
While this is an entry level position you will of course be passionate about cooking, with a working knowledge of kitchen operations and order of service; along with a deep appreciation of quality food production and cooking techniques so that you are able to support the senior kitchen team.

We are looking for over 30 Commis Chef’s so please do share this with your friends and we will hire from anywhere around the world however our preference is for within Saudi Arabia in the first instance.
المهارات
While prior experience as a Commis Chef is always useful all are welcome; you will have however an uncompromised and natural flair for service and be able to build genuine relationships with guests that enable us to not only preempt needs but foresee desires. In addition to this you will also need:
• Prior experience as a Commis Chef or Apprentice ideally gained in a hotel, destination fine dining restaurant or perhaps even a well know quality chain
• Be a confident in Kitchen operations and the order of service
• Highly social, motivated and pro-active; acting with professionalism and positivity in all interactions
