Job Description and Requirements
Education and Licensure:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
Valid Nursing License from country of origin required.
Experience:
Minimum of (4) years post graduate experience with (2) years progressive management experience working as charge nurse level including documented area development pathways (Essential).
Previous experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
Specialized Knowledge:
Demonstrated leadership and management abilities
Staff Appraisal - Giving and Receiving constructive Feedback
Setting Standards and Measuring Outcomes
Problem Solving, Prioritization and Organizational Skills
Ability to Motivate and Inspire
Teaching and Assessing Qualification
Good verbal and written command of the English language
Spoken Arabic Skills
Evidence of Financial and People Management Skills
Adaptable Versatile and Flexible
Open, Collaborative, Confident and competent
Articulate, Humorous and Energetic
Highly developed communication and inter-personal skills
Ability to work under stressful situations
Knowledge/experience of Hospital Accreditation Procedures
