Job Description and Requirements
Education and Licensure:
Minimum of Master’s Degree in Nursing Education or related field and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a Recognized Facility (Essential)
PhD in Nursing Education (Desirable).
Valid Nursing License from country of origin (Essential)
Valid Registration in Saudi Council at level of Nurse Specialist.
Experience:
Minimum of (10) years progressive post-graduate experience with three (3) years recent acute hospital experience in Nursing Education including documented area development pathways.
Previous experience of working in a multi-cultural environment.
Evidence of Innovation and Creativity.
Implementation of Change.
Ability to Motivate and Challenge in a Professional Manner
Knowledge/experience of Hospital Accreditation Procedures and Accreditation Models.
