Job Description and Requirements
Education and Licensure:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master Degree in Nursing or Healthcare Science preferred.
Valid Nursing License from country of origin required
Valid Registration in Saudi Council required. Saudi Council Registration at level of Nurse Specialist preferred.
Experience:
Minimum (10) years post graduate experience with (3) years progressive management experience including documented area development pathways (Essential).
Previous experience of working in a multi-cultural environment (Essential).
Evidence of Innovation and Creativity (Essential).
Implementation of Change (Desirable).
Ability to Motivate and Challenge in a Professional Manner (Essential).
Evidence of leadership development (Essential)
Detailed knowledge and understanding of current issues in nursing & midwifery (Essential).
Specialized Knowledge:
Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication Skills (Essential).
Diplomacy and Negotiation Skills (Essential).
Problem Solving and Facilitation Skills (Essential).
Evidence of Refined Leadership Ability (well developed leadership skills) (Essential).
Evidence of Financial Management (Desirable)
People Management Skills (Essential)
Adaptable, Versatile and Flexible; Non-hierarchical/Collegial (Essential)
Open and Collaborative; Confident and Personable (Essential)
Articulate, Humorous and Energetic (Essential)
