· Monitoring Daily & BH Key Performance Indicators
· Troubleshooting & optimizing of network, change parameters in order to improve the KPI
· Responsible for improving & achieving contractual KPIs for LTE TDD & FDD Network
· Trouble Tickets tracking, analysis & clearing on RTTS system
· Handling of daily Zero Traffic Cells.
· Handling of Weekly Worst Cells.
· Review Cluster optimization report.
· Prepare and submit weekly & monthly network report to STC Management.
· Ensure that all new sites KPIs , Parameters & Drive Test reports are meeting as per the agreement for acceptance
· Preparation of technical responses to STC & Huawei Management, on all related queries / issues.
· Communication with HQ for iCare TTs.
· Implement all possible actions for resolving congestion issues and raise expansion or new site request to STC Design.
· Responsible for periodic Network Parameter, NBR , TAC-LAC consistency checks
· Perform LTE feature recommendations and trials.
· Deep LTE network insight and conduct improvement plans
· Response to SOC & Performance Cases.
· Practice new Optimization techniques for VoLTE parameters & features.
· Planning for smooth Re-farming activity and monitoring to make sure no degrading after these activities
· Multiband & Multicarrier load balancing experience
· Excellent knowledge in cells traces and UE traces.
· Enthusiastic to assist / train Junior Engineers, giving on the job training
المهارات
· Bachelor degree of Communications/Electrical Engineering
· 6 years of optimization experience, with at least 3 years in LTE managed Service experience
· Quick learning and ability to work under pressure
· Experience on Tools: U/M2000 , OMSTAR , MapInfo.
