Description Mergers & Acquisitions Manager - Telco Assets - Telecommunications and Technology - Riyadh This is an autonomous role working in the newly formed M&A;division, which sits under the Strategy Directorate. You will be responsible for market research, deal origination, valuations, contract negation and executing deals. Responsible for valuation of targets and management of the entire acquisition processes (from preparation of investment proposals, to offer letters, and Due Diligence) Profile Mergers & Acquisitions Manager - Telco Assets - Telecommunications and Technology - Riyadh - Understanding of Corporate Finance and M&A;and supporting DD Processes. - Attention to detail - Analyst looking to take step up into Management, or Manager looking to expand into growing a new team.
