الوصف الوظيفي
· Propose, agree and achieve sales budget.
· Agree and achieve receivables budget.
· Working closely with executive management to position the brand in the market and communicate this throughout the organization.
· Based on the desired position develop a “go to market” strategy.
· Devise and implement annual budgets.
· Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
· Measure and report performance of sales team members against KPI’s and implement corrective action where required.
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities and identify key issues and opportunities.
· Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies, obtain executive management approval and implement.
· Align the company around the brand’s strategy and ensure that all departments (including parts and service) are onboard to execute the strategy and capitalise on opportunities.
المهارات
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / Industrial engineering.
· Proven work experience as a divisional/Brand manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in this field (Road construction machinery) and total of 10 years experience in Construction Equipment industry.
· Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicating to executive management.
· Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
· Drive for results and leadership skills.
· Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
· Comfortable working with, numbers, metrics and spreadsheets.
· Excellent command of the English language and Should be Native Arabic.
