Job Description and Requirements
As a successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in law or Shari’a from an accredited university.
At least 10+ years of local experience with a law firm, corporation, or other sophisticated business organization.
Relevant litigation and local law experience.
Excellent Arabic and English drafting and communication skills.
Experience in providing concise and clear support to internal clients.
Leadership and mentorship experience.
Energy industry (oil and gas, petrochemical, power or oilfield services), construction industry, or land related experiences are a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Research local regulations and Shari’a jurisprudence.
Working with in-house and outside counsels in reviewing and researching litigation matters.
Drafting legal briefs to be presented to court.
Providing advice on local law.
