1. Providing Support to accounting team for Preparation of timely and accurate financial
statements and annual reports as well as audited financial statements.
2. Preparing the consolidated financial statements for more than 6 standalone companies.
3. Prepare the monthly Board reporting.
4. Analysis the financial results on consolidation level and standalone level, compare the
actual results of periods as well as with budget.
5. Improves financial status by analyzing operation results and Identifying areas to improve
business efficiencies and reduce costs through Issuing reports to improve financial
performance.
6. Detecting and Solving technical accounting issues in accordance with IFRS.
7. Documentation, Maintenance and improve the accounting procedures & policies.
8. Prepare the budgeting and forecasting process.
9. Handling the annual budget process with the Subsidiaries.
10. Preparing and Finalization of the annual comprehensive budget “Operational Budget,
Capital Budget, Cash flow Budget, and Cash collection budget to reach to a Performa BS,
IS & Cash Flow” after extensive communications with all stakeholders.
11. Lead the budgetary control process and place the needed controls to avoid exceeding the
budget. Highlight budget variances and coordinate with department heads to recommend
mitigating actions.
12. Ensuring compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations
13. Provide the CFO with periodic reports containing observations and suggestions to improve
both financial performance, accounting procedures and internal control.
14. Maintaining relationships with external auditors.
15. Oversee Financial Systems and external providers of systems management and system
upgrades.
16. Team Management including mentoring and staff development.
17. Working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, and
potential risk areas and forecast opportunities.
المهارات
Accounting or Financial Qualification is preferred (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CFA)
Excellent command of English & Arabic.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time management skills.
Problem-solving & negotiation skills.
Planning and Strategy skills
Ex. big four Audit firm is preferred.
