Job Summary Managing all the activities related to the Quality Control and Quality Assurance, such as setting specifications, standards, required inspection processes, internal & external audits. In addition to managing, planning, and coordinating the quality programs to ensure consistent quality standards at the company. Job Description Strategic Duties
·Participating with the CEO in setting the short and long term business strategies to achieve the company’s objectives. ·Identifying the improvement opportunities to enable the company to be proactive in a constantly changing environment. ·Setting budget for the Department in coordination with the Finance Department. ·Controlling the financial performance of the Department and keep it within the set budget. ·Setting, cascading and communicating the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for monitoring the performance of sections and units under supervision.
Technical Duties
·Directing and controlling the overall internal and external audit process for Quality Management Systems by reviewing and approving the audit plans, and audits’ outputs (Proposal for Improvements, Problem Reports, Preventive and Corrective Actions). ·Monitoring and communicating standards created or updated by external bodies, and integrating them within the internal Quality. ·Identifying non-conformities and analyzing it through evaluating the current process and recommending corrective actions to be taken to handle these non-conformities and to minimize its occurrence. ·Revising and approving the Quality Control policies and procedures to assure its compatibility with Quality Management System (QMS). ·Initiating the studies, researches, and analysis to improve and develop the quality control activities concerning inspection, calibration, reporting, data analysis, etc. · Taking the remedy actions to improve the quality and settle down any pending problems. · Leading the Management Review Meetings and discussing the progress of the adherence to the approved Quality Management policies. ·Monitoring the risk assessments and critical accident investigation, as well as the set of corrective and preventive actions.
المهارات
- Professional Knowledge in quality management systems (QMS), ISO 22000, SQMS, BRC.
- General Knowledge in Safety, Risks, and Hazards.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Solid leadership&communication;skills.
