· He leads his subordinates in all aspects of food production to the highest professional standards and in accordance with the standard operating procedures as issued by the Executive Chef and Deputy General Manager/Food & Beverage Manager. · He is further responsible for creative and innovation running of the Outlet to which he is assigned in accordance to the guidelines given to him by the Executive Chef. · Trains his staff in the performance of their day-to-day tasks. · Supports the Executive Chef actively in the creation of new items. This is a temporary contract for 2 months where Adecco will be providing visa, accommodation and travel benefits to the candidates. · Knowledge of all Food & Beverage standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and sanitation standards
· Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
· Responds appropriately to guests’ needs during the hours of operation
· Ability to assess quality control and adhere to service standards
· Ability to clearly define productivity standards with quality requirements
