Our Client: A large organisation with businesses across GCC are looking to hire a Sales Manager - Car Leasing for their office in Saudi Arabia.
Your Role: The incumbent would be responsble to plan, organize, and manage the activities of the Region Leasing Sales Departments to ensure the overall growth and profit objectives are met. Assists in evaluation of results and performance against objectives. Maintains the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving the customer and identifying their needs. Networks to identify potential candidates for sales positions and recruits. Establishes training requirement and ensures training is completed. Directley approaching new clients and creating a wide Database throughout the Kingdom.
المهارات
Must Haves: 10+ years of quality experience .Ability to manage stakeholders in different spheres and influence with out direct authority is key. Candidates should be based in KSA presently.
