● Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
● Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements with my Accounts Management Team and Presales Team.
● Expand the relationships with existing customers, venders or distributors by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and our organizations objectives.
● Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner with my Accounts Management Team and Presales Team.
● Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
● Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
● Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
● Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
● support and guide my Accounts Management Team and Presales Team to achieve the organizational objectives and goals as impossible.
● Achieving sales targets , solutions and initiatives within specific time frames across multiple market segments
● Building and effectively lead an inside sales organization through training, development, and daily goal/objective setting
المهارات
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management.
● At least 5 years experience in the field of branches management and sales.
● Fluent in English.
● Excellent in computer use.
