• Reviewing and reporting on potential investment opprtunities.
• Production of marketing materials such as reports, presentations, financial analysis, etc
• Taking responsibility for executing and managing transaction processes on behalf of the bueiness.
• Taking initiative and being pro-active both with clients and internally
• Liaison with and management of third party advisors such as administrators, lawyers and
accountants
• Producing marketing materials e.g. portfolio company pitches, fund-raising documentation
• Building sector expertise and maintaining strong trusted relationships in selected sectors
• Having a good awareness of the firm’s competitors and market opportunities across all of its geographies and sectors
• Managing or developing a powerful personal network.
المهارات
Master’ Degree in Finance or equlivant.
10 years of expereince in investment activiteis.
Experience of the financial needs of businesses through a professional background in
finance, commercial lending, private equity or venture capital investment, or from hands-on
involvement in the running of successful small businesses or social enterprises;
Strong financial analysis and business assessment skills;
Selling skills and an ability to generate new business opportunities and relationships;
Experience of customer relationship management;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
Good interpersonal skills; ability to relate sensitively to a wide and diverse range of individuals and organisations;
Practised presentation skills and an ability to communicate information to a wide variety of
audiences;
Energetic and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work on their own initiative with
minimal supervision;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including practiced skills in financial modelling in Excel;
Willingness to travel regularly
