Description
Take a key role in managing transactionsBe involved in corporate M&A;, Private Equity, IPOs, as well as some Capital Markets and funds workSome managing of juniors, but not a major part of the role

Profile

To be considered you MUST be a Saudi national.

The ideal candidate will have excellent, in depth transactional experience. This can be either in corporate or capital markets. You should be comfortable dealing with high value and complex transactions in your specific practice area.
