• Execute proactive retention capabilities improvement; lik SAS/ Teradata system enhancement, CRM system changes, IT system enhancement etc.
• Deep Analysis of different segments behaviors and interests using BI tools (Power BI Or Tableau)
• Develop advanced reporting for the proactive retention activities from Databases (Teradata),
• Execute, measure and improve number of retention campaigns using CMS (SAS CMS)
• Development of innovative, value adding, and compelling propositions built upon customer and prospect insight and research.
• Derive customer’s needs by analyzing behavioral trends and suggest new preposition for these groups of customers
• Provide support and coaching to improve retention results across all service channels, especially outbound / inbound channels
• Supervise development and implementation of the Retention Management plans that includes other teams
Implement new offers or enhance existing mattresses for Fixed le queues providing guidance necessary for continuous improvement.
• Execute proactive retention capabilities improvement; like Analytical models, SAS/ Teradata system enhancement, CRM system changes, IT system enhancement etc.
• Derive customer’s needs by analysing behavioral trends and suggest new preposition for these groups of customers
