• Executing Reactive retention strategy to win-back lost customer i.e. Customers requesting line cancellation, customer leaving through dunning cycle & retaining downgrades.
• Ensure CITC regulations are implemented along with definition of retention process across different channel
• Define & Manage offer matrix for each segment based on in depth customer data analysis & available product line
• Deep Analysis of different segments behaviors and interests using BI tools (Power BI Or Tableau)
• Develop advanced reporting for the proactive retention activities from Databases (Teradata),
• Execute, measure and improve number of retention campaigns using CMS (SAS CMS)
• Review retention matrix offers and adjust discounts based on post campaign analysis, feedback from outbound retention team & other channels
• Executes Section mandates, providing leadership and facilitating work processes in order to achieve high performance standards
