Unit Head - Projects Operations & Management

• Development of innovative, value adding, and compelling propositions built upon customer and prospect insight and research.
• Derive customer’s needs by analyzing behavioral trends and suggest new preposition for these groups of customers
• Create and manage Retention dashboards to enable Senior Management to review performance
• Business person (preferably with business degree), good at strategy formulation, BI and can perform team lead role
• Experienced in heading BI and formulate in depth analysis for business showing trends and area for improvements
• Execute and analyze retention projects or tasks performance evaluation
• Aligning Retention KPIs with Retention initiatives and projects impact.
• Create and manage tracking sheet for Retention initiatives to enable Senior Management to review performance
• initiate retention capabilities improvement projects; like any IT system enhancement required for Fixed systems to enhance team capabilities.
• Identifying team needs and opportunities to support business objectives
• Manage operations involving launches on a new project or major Task, troubleshooting and coordinating with stakeholders
• Create and manage tracking sheet for Retention initiatives to enable Senior Management to review performance
• Develop Business Intelligence reports for the Retention projects and tasks achievement
• Monitor post launch operational performance to ensure all initiatives and projects are performing without issue
• Raise all technical documents needed to initiate a new project or task or to fix an existing issue with running project
• Conduct detailed post launch performance analysis to assess reasons for initiatives or project performance and implement learnings
