Job Description and Requirements
Legal Senior Associate needed for a leading law firm in Riyadh, KSA.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor or Master of Laws from a reputable university
Minimum 10 years post qualification experience with leading law firms
Experience in Saudi Arabia is a must
Excellent business development skills
Strong background in a variety of areas
Corporate law experience is helpful along with knowledge and general experience in business and the corporation’s industry
Possesses administrative skills, and negotiating, writing and interpersonal skills
Native Arabic Speaker with good command of English
Job description:
Work on complex joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and other related corporate commercial work.
Reviewing new business relationships.
