Job Description and Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows all relevant HR procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in HR to ensure continuity of work.
Undertakes a range of established standardized routines under direction and guidance to ensure alignment with the set procedures.
Enters all collected data into the system and ensures that all records and data are maintained in a manner which facilitates easy data retrieval.
Monitors all documents that need to be renewed such as, work permits, passports, driving and work licenses, etc in a timely manner.
Delivers and expedites the processing of applications at government offices to ensure that they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Provides advice, guidance and assistance to staff to ensure that they understand the requirements of government authorities in relation to any applications that they wish to make.
Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital’s goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality / Performance Improvement.
Performs other applicable tasks assigned within the level of his/her competence as required by the Human Resources Manager.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
Educations:
Essential: B.Sc. in HR
Experience:
Essential: One year experience.
Desirable: Two year experience.
Specialized Knowledge/Experience/Skills
Excellent command of oral and written English
Computer literate
