What you will do:
Create and develop best-in-class employee experiences
Coach senior managers to build leadership capabilities as the advisor
Work hand to hand with Central People team and partner with executive managers and co BPs to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results
Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
Formulate effective hiring strategy.
Carry change management and help employees to accept the change.
Be an ambassador of the HR scene in the middle east.
Requirements
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology from the top univerisity
5+ years of experience in Human Resources as a Generalist

Experimental: you find the joy in documenting a process and realizing it won’t work so you start all over again
UpToDate: You are updated on the global HR trends and you are able to tackle this in your hiring and learning plans for the team
