الوصف الوظيفي To set goals, monitor performance, motivate and measure team contribution. Maximize sales through VM and staff selling. Maximizing performance in agreed KPI’s Ensure product is displayed at the correct selling price. Launching promotions on agreed dates. Control all costs throughout the business. Managing agreed staffing levels and not exceed them. Supply additional quotes as per company requirements. To liaise with ROM regarding the most effective structure of the store. Recruit suitable personnel that fits the company profile. Where possible recruit personnel that has promotional potential. To develop the team and give recognition accordingly. To show willingness to learn and develop. To support a continuous culture of training and development throughout the store. To ensure adherence to all employee policy and procedures. To assist in stock inventory control through correct business procedures. Ensure all cash handling and administration procedures are adhered too.
