الوصف الوظيفي Daily Monitor and track all Inbound & outbound shipments to make sure that deliver right time in right place with right quality and quantity. Monitor vehicles utilization using system generated reports, daily tracking for vehicles under repairing and take correction actions to maximize the resources utilization and return the vehicle on road. Ensure all data are captured and recorded accurately in the system by checking them on a weekly basis to ensure availability of data for analysis purposes. Ensure documents are completed and aligning with SOP, with required stamps and/or signatures by making random checks on files to save the company’s interest. Ensure vehicles are ready and good working condition by checking the pre and post trip checklist and making random check on trucks to ensure vehicle are maintained properly and following the down time with Workshop Manager. Use techniques which lead to better utilization by analysing reports and identifying coordinator’s challenges for better performance and lower cost. Propose a redistribution of trucks based on number of shipments executed and by considering the nature of the region for better fleet utilization and better efficiency Plan, organize, and manage the work of subordinate staff through appropriate communication channel on a daily basis to ensure KPI’s are achieved. Evaluate and compare the performance of the service providers suing predefined criteria mentioned in the contracts to get a better service and better price. Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budget. Build and maintain great relationship with customers, service providers, co-workers and department by respect, response and solve the problem or complain immediately. Guide and train the coordinators and drivers to develop them skills for better result. Promote safe works activities by conducting safety audits, attending company safety meetings, and meeting with individual staff members. Explains and demonstrate work tasks to new workers or assign workers to experienced workers for further training. Recommends personnel action such as hiring, termination and performance evaluations. Prepares, compiles, and submits reports on work activities, operations, productivity and work related accidents. Performs other duties as assigned by direct manager. المهارات Strong operational understanding in transportation field Proficient in English communication. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus Excellent time management and priority setting skills Advanced MS Office skills Process oriented Strong analysis skills Communication Skills. Leadership and teamwork skills.
