الوصف الوظيفي Oversee the team to develop and maintain approved Human Resources related policies, processes and procedures. Ensure that the division follows all relevant divisional policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Oversee the HR Team to develop and maintain organization design. Present and acquire final approval from Senior Management about organizational design. Oversee the HR Team to develop comprehensive attraction, recruiting and retention plans to meet short term and long term human capital needs of COMPANY. Oversee the HR Team to develop annual HR plan (expected organizational changes, number and quality of to be hired employees, employee development & training plans, promotion plans and performance cycle and budget). Oversee the HR Team to develop and maintain relations with key outside stakeholders including recruitment channels, academic institutions for future talent acquisition and development channels. Present and acquire final approval from Senior Management about annual HR plan and budget. Oversee the HR Team to develop and maintain employee related policies and procedures. Oversee the HR Team to design compensation & benefits system that is effective, competitive and cost effective. Ensure that compensation system is aligned with overall corporate strategy and is supporting the business agenda of each SBU, Technology Platform and Division. Oversee the HR Team to develop and maintain learning & development strategy and oversee delivery of training programs. Ensure that learning & development program is tailored to the needs of each SBU and are cost-effective Oversee the HR Team to properly implement the administrative and legal HR and payroll functions. Oversee the HR Team to measure employee engagement index and report the results to Senior Management. Identify improvement opportunities for maximizing employee engagement and acquire approval from Senior Management for implementation. Regularly report the Human Resources activities and progress to CEO. Oversee the HR Team, identify internal development opportunities and ensure that these development opportunities are fulfilled.
