Job Overview
Develop plans and mechanisms for the work of the engineering design and contribute in achieving the objectives of management through the preparation, supervision and follow-up of all the design work in the relevant operational plan.
Reporting to: Director of Technical Affairs
Responsibilities
Having experience and efficiency in the preparation of initial design, ideas and develop the idea chosen, especially for commercial centers.
Having Experience and efficiency in the preparation of design, drawings and technical specifications and quantities tables.
Having experience in the Secretariat’s requirements for design work in all respects.
Having experience in coordinating and dealing with consultancy offices for various engineering disciplines as well as reviewing contracts to ensure access to high quality of designs and technical efficiency.
Having experience in supervision and follow-up projects under implementation to ensure that they confirm to designs.
Preferably having experience and knowledge of materials and prices and the ability to apply value engineering to achieve the required specifications at the lowest prices.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering
At least 10 years’ experience in designing of Commercial Centers
At least 3 years’ experience in Management level
Must have experience in Engineering Projects, Malls, and Structural Designs of Buildings
Must have experience in Engineering drawing tools such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max and others.
Experience in Architectural Design is a must
Open to any nationalities in KSA now
Salary/Compensation
Salary is open and will reflect experience levels and interview performance
