To be responsible for overseeing and tracking the leases of rental properties in the company’s portfolio and also follow the leases of financial transactions such as rents, sublease payments, renewals, taxes, property expenses, etc.,Provide financial analysis for property management and lease administration, to be responsible for collection data on the value of property and rental rates in the market, Compile statistical information to prepare market analysis, Keep track of property values and rents in the market and negotiate leases, Manage the occupancy charges and keep the lease expenses or revenues within the targeted rates,Liaise and follow up with concerned authorities on any missing or late payments, Ensure all lease related transactions – property rent, property insurance and common area charges are properly recorded, Liaise and follow up with concerned authorities on any missing or late payments,Ensure all lease related transactions – property rent, property insurance and common area charges are properly recorded, Assist with the acquisition and disposition of properties, Responsible to process the leases and ensure all the information is accurate and logged onto the appropriate database, Responsible to set up and maintain accurate files and records related to rental | leasing.
المهارات
Should possess good negotiation skills and manage a team. Capable to do multitasking and provide insight on the key areas which need focus and attention. Good knowledge of ERP and computer skills and proficient in management reporting. Should be an able administrator and a professional.
