Technically sound sales & service engineer with the team handling .
-Should have a prior working experience as a service engineer.
-Candidates with Electrical/ Electro-Mechanical Engineering degree preferred.
-Should have a sound knowledge in electronics/machinery.
-Should have a sound knowledge of the maintenance and repairing of machines such as - Popcorns Machines, Cotton Candy Machines, Hot Dogs Machines, Slush Machines, Other Cooking & Warming equipment’s and dispensers/Kitchen equipment .
-Should have the selling ability as well along with the service engineering skills.
-Provide support for servicing equipment & installations for customers.
-Knowledge of products & usage of equipment’s.
-Installation, maintenance, support, testing and demonstration of products & related activities.
-Compliance with specifications and customer requirements
-Provide support for servicing equipment to customers.
-Cross trained in electrical / instrumentation / mechanical / process disciplines preferred.
-Maintain high level of response and service for the customers.
