HR Strategy
• Oversee and manage human resource function for the company.
• Effective stakeholder’s management.
• Prepare HR plan & budget for Country.
• Exhibit cost leadership, develop and implement cost optimization initiatives.
• Responsible for conducting HR audits quarterly
• Lead up-gradation and implementation of HR technology.
Talent Acquisition
• To ensure talent acquisition at regional level as per set SLAs.
• Implement Recruitment & Selection guidelines.
• Introspect for cost controlling measures in TA
Talent Engagement & Management
• Review and communicate HR policies for CCC.
• Design Talent Management & Engagement initiatives including a framework for conducting E-Sat survey annually and ensure implementation of action plans thereof.
• Ensure annual attrition is contained as per SLAs.
• Conducting policy awareness sessions bi-annually or as and when policies are amended.
• Responsible for completing KRA settings & annual PMS exercise as per schedule.
Change Management & Leadership Development
• Implement learning and development programs.
• Propose career planning modules for CHR approval and implement the same at the regional level.
• Implement change management modules.
Talent Services & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Governance norms & guidelines
• Ensuring 100% Statutory Compliance from Labor Law perspective.
• Design, implement and innovate HR analytics and HR reporting systems.
• Ensuring timely submission of updated organization structure, HRIS report and monthly HR review deck for region to CHR.
• Responsible for achieving 100% efficiency index of HR Operations.
• Facilitating HR process audit.
Administration
• Bench marking Facilities Management services
• Review and negotiate critical business agreements
• Review and supervise project plans to ensure completion of the project within agreed time and budgetary parameters while optimizing resource utilization.
• Draft and communicate Admin policies and processes
• Conduct Admin Surveys and plan for service enhancement
• Liaising with Government Departments & Agencies for ensuring seamless business operations.
• Responsible for preparation of the administration budget.
• To ensure effective control and regular monitoring of all the Admin related expenses and report the same to management on a regular basis.
• Ensure that the statutory requirements related to the admin function are complied with.
• Review inventory/ material management & supply chain activities.
• Developing & managing a predominantly Domestic Vendor base.
• Supervise vendor management
• Negotiation of purchases & contracts.
• Project Management and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Ensure nil statutory violations.
• Identify & implement opportunities for Cost optimization in the Works.
