This role is a key role in the Inspection team and is the Initial Person to person contact with the Seller. This Position holder should have excellent Customer Service Skills & Vehicle Inspection Skills. This position holder will purchase vehicles with the assistance of the closer and in total compliance with SAC Process & procedure. On Signing the Purchase Agreement with the Seller This position holder will do the required documentation and deliver the vehicle & documents to the Operations team for further processing.
Main duties and responsibilities:
To include:
1. Meet & Greet the Seller in an Appropriate Warm & professional manner to create Good First Impression & Build Rapport.
2. Guide the Seller to undergo the Relevant Check-in, Waiting & Deal Area process.
3. Perform the Vehicle Inspection in a Safe, Courteous & Professional Manner.
4. Complete the Inspection Report Accurately within the Stipulated Time as per SAC Quality Standards for Picture & Vehicle Inspection.
5. Identity the Seller’s hot buttons using the standard Open & Close Ended Qualifying Questions & feed the closer with the information.
6. Assist the Closer in Closing the deal by using appropriate Trial Closing, Negotiation, Perceived Value increase & Objection Handling Techniques.
7. Complete the appropriate documentation for the Accepted Offers and forward it along with the vehicle it to the Operation Team & ensure that it is received by them in full.
8. Ensure that all the Prospective Sellers who accept / reject the offer
9. are send-off in a professional & courteous manner to have a positive image of SAC & motivate them to refer other sellers to us.
Other Duties
1. Ensure that the Location is Kept Neat & Tidy with all the equipment, signage & furniture are in good working condition.
2. Ensure that there is no pilferage / loss of prospective sellers to other sellers or competitors / poaching dealers in the location.
3. Ensure that any inappropriate activity by Co-Worker or others is prohibited in the location / premises and if any, are immediately escalated to the HR & Managerial team for immediate action.
4. Ensure that any Valid support required by local or wider SAC Team is provided.
المهارات
Education/Qualifications:
1. Qualified Technician, Engineer
2. UAE Driving License
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years Technical / Customer Service experience
Skills/Knowledge:
1. Strong Vehicle Inspection skills
2. Strong Customer Experience skills
3. General Proficiency in using Browsers, Applications & Email
4. General Proficiency in English

1. Excellent verbal & non-verbal communication
2. Result & Objective Oriented
3. Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines
4. Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks

Other Job Requirements:
1. Willing to undertake further training to fulfill the requirements of the role
2. Willing to work additional hours to meet the demands of the role
3. May be required to travel on company business ad-hoc basis
