Our multinational, retail client is seeking a Logistics Consultant. Based out of their Riyadh office, and reporting to the Logistics Manager
You will be responsible for supervising the office support, facilities and transportation services in order to ensure smooth and continuous business operations in accordance with the organisations policies and requirements.
· Participate in annual plans / budget for the logistics section.
· Design and develop procedures and work instructions.
· Supervise the facilities maintenance, office layout and parking, and security arrangements of the Head office.
· Ensure maintenance and effective functioning of all office equipment.
· Supervise and manage the office crew.
· Ensure a safe and secure environment in the HO and ensure control of access into the head office premises.
· Manage the office access control system to ensure effective security, tracking and control.
· Ensure there is a continuous supply of utilities for the Head Office.
· Review invoices and ensures accuracy and timely payment.
· Regularly inspect and review the services of the medical clinics for Iqama/Baladia transactions.
· Supervise ticketing services, review ticketing invoices and recommend for approval/payment, and support the Logistics Manager in sourcing and finalising contracts with ticketing vendors.
· Supervise Medical Insurance/Life protection transactions.
· Ensure the installation progress of required facilities and equipment.
· Conduct fire drill at least once a year and as required.
· Supervise and ensure timely and effective services provided by couriers /other mail service providers.
· Supervise to ensure the effective functioning of the telephone, mobile and internet services and liaise with the service provider to resolve any issues.
· Ensure effective management of company mobile phones, issue, recovery repairs & maintenance and tracking,
· Review invoices and ensures accuracy and timely payment.
· Supervise the provision of transportation, the repairs, and maintenance, vehicle insurance, accident insurance claims and repairs for the head office employees.
· Monitor car rental processes and build relationships with lease/car rental vendors.
· Monitor and ensure that all company vehicles documentation is completed and up to date.
· Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Logistics Section
· Plan, manage and review individual performance.

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
· 4 to 6 years’ experience in Vehicle /Transportation management
· Sound planning and organizational skills
· Excellent coordination skills
· Must be result-driven
· Solid communication, presentation skills, and interpersonal skills
