Brand Coordinator, The Brand Coordinator (BC) is the point of contact for the brand internally and externally and should be ready and open to all forms of communication (emails, phone calls, meetings, interviews…etc) with all the available skills associated with this role (including but not limited to: writing, reporting, summarizing, planning, recording, conducting teleconference, and web conferences…etc)
Area: The brand Coordinator (BC) reports directly to the BGM who reports to the GM. No employees assume the BC as their direct manager, however, all the brand team is expected to report, cooperate, and communicate with the BC given his generic role.

1) Franchise requests: Accommodate any fracnhise requests coming from any communication channel and collect the needed information of the franchise requests to be evaluated and acted upon
2) Franchise Process: follow the franchising process based on the request, and provide the needed information and files.
3) Franchise Meetings and presentations: prepares and organizes meetings with potential franchisees to move the projects to final decisions.
4) Franchise Records: keeping a complete and accurate records of all franchise requests and applicants to avoid any duplications in applications or confusion.
