الوصف الوظيفي Assist in identifying real estate investment opportunities in line with the organization strategy and business plan. Keep updated with real estate laws and regulations. Forecast real estate trends by conducting historic property trend analysis to support property evaluation activities. Create, manage, execute and contribute to the development plan to meet portfolio returns with the development team in accordance with the 3-1Q Plans Ensure quality control standards for real estate transactions (cost, time, location, economics, market needs, and deal quality, etc.) Ensure the best location/best value for all real estate acquisitions. Promote and manage the development of the brokerage network and outside consultants and adhere to the organization code of ethics in dealing with third party contractors. Promote working relationships with the Real Estate Team, other departments; alliance partners (e.g. gas stations/oil companies, and other outside organizations (e.g. local government agencies, large Real Estate developers and mall operators). Understand the organization’s strategic direction through communication with the Real Estate Director. Conduct operations analysis by understanding sales operation load in branches in coordination with the operation team Coordinate with the Marketing & Research department to leverage their market information. Coordinate with Market Research agencies to collect the needed information about population & market information المهارات Minimum of 6 to 8 years’ experience in related Real Estate role, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Knowledge of regional legislative laws and regulations governing real estate investments.
